1. Introduction

Welcome to alt.supply. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AltSupply’s website and account management services (“Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to AltSupply, operated via alt.supply, registered in the Netherlands.
  • “Service” or “Platform” refers to the AltSupply account management service and related tools.
  • “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual using our Services.
  • “Content” refers to any data, text, graphics, or other materials available through our Services.

3. Service Description

AltSupply is an account management service for Minecraft players. Our Services include:

  • Secure storage of Microsoft browser cookies, access tokens, and refresh tokens
  • Automatic derivation of Java and Bedrock usernames, UUIDs, and tokens
  • On-demand Minecraft session token generation
  • Account syncing from linked providers
  • Proxy and API key management
  • Session health and expiry monitoring

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:

  • AltSupply is NOT affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Minecraft
  • Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios
  • You may only store accounts that you own or have explicit permission to use
  • We are an independent service and not part of any Minecraft server network

4. Account Registration and Use

4.1 Account Creation

To access our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Not share your account with others
  • Log out from your account at the end of each session on shared devices
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4.4 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

5. Minecraft Accounts and Credentials

5.1 Ownership and Authorization

You may only add Minecraft accounts that you own or have explicit permission to manage. You are solely responsible for ensuring you are authorized to use any account you store in the Services.

5.2 Credentials

Your stored credentials are encrypted and used solely to provide the Services you request, such as deriving tokens, fetching profiles, and generating session tokens.

5.3 Account Removal

You may remove a Minecraft account from the Services at any time. Removing an account deletes its stored credentials.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate AltSupply, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity
  • To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, or any other systems or networks connected to the Services

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

  • Storing or managing accounts you do not own or do not have permission to use
  • Using the Services to gain unauthorized access to Minecraft accounts or services
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services
  • Using the Services to harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Attempting to circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security features
  • Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their consent
  • Reselling, redistributing, or creating derivative works from our data or Services
  • Using the Services for any commercial purpose without our explicit permission

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, are owned by AltSupply and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services
  • Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Services
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

7.3 Third-Party Trademarks

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Our use of Minecraft-related terminology is solely for descriptive purposes and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.

8. Data and Privacy

8.1 Data Collection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.2 Account Data

Minecraft account credentials are stored encrypted and used only to provide the Services you request. We do not share your credentials with any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable service, you acknowledge that:

  • Derived profile data may be out of date or incorrect
  • Token derivation may fail if credentials have expired or been revoked
  • We are not liable for actions taken by third parties based on credentials you stored

Our Privacy Policy, available at alt.supply/i/privacy-policy, provides details about how we collect, use, and protect information. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

9.1 External Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9.2 Authenticating Services

The Services interact with Microsoft, Xbox, and Mojang authentication services to derive and refresh your credentials. These third parties are independent of AltSupply, and we are not responsible for their conduct or the availability of their services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1 “As Is” Basis

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components
  • Token derivation or session generation will always succeed
  • The Services will meet your requirements

10.2 Data Accuracy Disclaimer

DATA PROVIDED THROUGH OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING DERIVED PROFILE DETAILS AND SESSION TOKENS, IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR USE AS-IS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA.

You use all data at your own risk. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on information provided through our Services.

10.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our Services. Operation of the Services may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control, including the availability of third-party authentication services.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AltSupply, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.2 Maximum Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM (OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

11.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AltSupply, its operators, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of the Services
  • Your stored accounts and credentials
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13. Term and Termination

13.1 Term

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services.

13.2 Termination by You

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may delete your account through your account settings.

13.3 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Engage in prohibited activities
  • Store or manage accounts you are not authorized to use
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse our Services
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

13.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services will cease immediately
  • Your account and data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification

14. Modifications to the Services and Terms

14.1 Modifications to the Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

14.2 Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Material changes will be notified via:

  • Email to registered users
  • Prominent notice on our website
  • In-app notifications

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in the Netherlands, in accordance with the Dutch Arbitration Act. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

15.3 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

15.4 Waiver of Class Actions

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15.5 Time Limitation

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

16.2 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

16.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by AltSupply, constitute the entire agreement between you and AltSupply concerning the Services.

16.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

16.6 Headings

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
